Keep Phirly Safe
Report Abuse
If you encountered something that violates our Community Guidelines or put you at risk, please tell us. We review every report.
To report abuse, open a support ticket and select the most relevant category. We use our existing Help & Support system for all reports — this means your report is tracked, acknowledged, and reviewed by our team.
What can be reported
- Scam listings — listings that misrepresent a product, use fake photos, or are designed to defraud buyers
- Fake or impersonated users — accounts pretending to be someone else, including fake businesses or celebrities
- Counterfeit goods — listings selling fake branded or luxury items
- Prohibited items — weapons, drugs, adult content, stolen goods, or anything else that violates our Community Guidelines
- Harassment or threats — abusive messages, threats, or personal attacks through the platform
- OTP or payment scams — someone pressuring you to share OTPs, accept fake UPI screenshots, or pay via unverified links
- Copyright violations — listings using copyrighted images or content without permission
- Suspicious behaviour — anything else that felt wrong, even if you are unsure which category it fits
What to include in your report
A detailed report helps us act faster. Please include as many of the following as you can:
- The listing title and URL (copy the address from your browser)
- The seller's profile name or link
- A description of what happened and why it is suspicious
- Screenshots of the listing, messages, or payment request if you have them
- The date and time of any suspicious interaction (approximate is fine)
What happens after you report
- Your ticket is assigned a reference number (like TKT-000042) so you can track it
- Our moderation team reviews the report, usually within one to two business days
- If the listing or account violates our policies, it is removed or suspended
- For serious violations, we may escalate to law enforcement if required
- We do not share the outcome details with reporters to protect all parties' privacy, but the action is taken
If you have been scammed
If you have already lost money or personal information, file a police report immediately — contact your nearest cybercrime cell or call 1930 (India's national cybercrime helpline). Then submit a report to us so we can remove the offending listing or account. Keep all evidence: screenshots, transaction IDs, and chat history.
Misuse of reporting
Submitting false reports to remove a competitor's legitimate listing or harm another user is itself a violation of our Community Guidelines and may result in your account being suspended. Please only report genuine concerns.
