Overview

Thank you for being part of the Phirly community. The Rewards Points program is our way of saying thank you when you post listings on Phirly. This page explains, in plain language, how points are earned, how they can be redeemed, and what happens if something isn't quite right.

How you earn points

You earn 100 reward points every time one of your product listings is reviewed and approved by our team. Points are credited automatically as soon as your listing goes live — there's nothing extra you need to do.

Each listing can only earn points once. Editing, renewing, or reposting an existing listing does not earn more points.

What your points are worth

Points can be converted into a digital gift card at the rate of 100 points = ₹1. For example, 10,000 points are worth ₹100.

You can see your current point balance and its rupee value any time from the Rewards page in your profile, along with a full history of how you earned each point.

Redeeming your points

You need a minimum balance of ₹100 (10,000 points) before you can request redemption.

1. Check your current point balance on your Rewards page.
2. Tap Redeem on your Rewards page. Your whole available balance goes into one request, and we open the support ticket for you; there's nothing to fill in.
3. Our team reviews your account and transaction history to confirm everything checks out.
4. We send your digital gift card to your account email, or on WhatsApp to your verified phone if you don't have an email. You can follow the request in your Rewards history. If we can't approve it, the points go back to your balance.

Please note that redemption is a manual process on our side, so we're not able to promise a fixed turnaround time. We truly appreciate your patience while we review each request carefully.

Keeping things fair for everyone

To keep the Rewards program fair for the whole community, every redemption request is reviewed by our team before a gift card is sent. If, during this review, we find that any of your rewarded listings were duplicates, spam, or otherwise did not genuinely meet our listing guidelines, those specific rewards will be cancelled.

In more serious or repeated cases, we may also need to suspend the associated account. We don't take this lightly, and we'll always try to work with genuine sellers in good faith — this policy exists only to protect the program from misuse.

Changes to this program

We may update the number of points you earn per listing, the conversion rate, or other details of this program from time to time as Phirly grows. If we do, we'll update this page so you always know exactly where things stand.

Inviting friends

When someone joins Phirly through your invite link and verifies their phone number, you both earn invite points: 1,500 for you and 1,500 for them. Your own account needs a verified phone number too; until you add one, your invite points wait for you.

To count, the account must be new to Phirly and verify a phone number that has never earned invite points before. You can earn invite rewards for up to 20 friends each month; friends who join after that still get their points.

Invite points stay pending for 7 days before you can redeem them. Creating accounts to invite yourself, or inviting with fake details, will get the rewards cancelled and may get the accounts suspended.
